Rear Hydrolic Problems

I have a Massey Ferguson 1433v Compact 4 wheel drive tractor. I recently started having problems with my rear impliment going down. Lifting it up is fast and normal, but putting it down it takes its sweet time ticking down. Anyone have any ideas?

Below the seat above the floor is a knob. That knob is the drop rate knob. Open it up and it will drop faster.
