I have been lurking for a while and just purchased a 1999 TC33D with 500 hours. It has a 702C blade on front and was used to push snow. Rear PTO has never been used. I have tractor at home and will be using it to bush hog with. I have to transport tractor to my other property to mow. Been cleaning it up and checking out everything. Now I have a question, when I engage rear pto dash light dosen't come on and when I speed it up 540 light doesn't come on. PTO is turning but I don't have bush hog here to see if it has power or is just coasting.( it's speeds up from idle as you increase RPM) Lights work like they are supposed to on mid-pto. I looked under tractor for a loose wire and rear pto doesn't have a switch anywhere on the linkage , mid-pto has a switch on its linkage. Linkage looks to be ajustable could it be out of adjustment? Any idea would be appreciated, I would hate to pull tractor 200 miles to mow and the pto not work.
