I don't want that cover for protecting the pto. I want it for protecting the hoses and stuff FROM the pto, in case I turn it on by accident.

Tada! Thank you Agco parts, turns out their distribution warehouse isn't too far from me. I got some other odds/end there that I needed to replace.
