Rear Remotes - Pictures?

The TN's run the loader off the rear remotes. When you order a new TN with loader they come standard with the joystick and two remotes.

My remote levers are located at the right side of the operator station right where your hand normally sits on my Kubota M9000. They operate with just a touch of my finger. The valves are above the PTO shaft behind the operator seat. I do the same thing a Robert and tie wrap my hoses and fittings so that the up and down are always the same.

I use my two remotes on a leveler that my brother and I built. One hydraulic ram moves the leveler blade up and down. The other ram tilts it. Mine looks something like this but heaver.

Actually those are plugs for the tips when they are out. There is a colored ring on the remotes that correspond to the colored plugs so they go in the same way as those four hoses are the loaders.

That sounds even better. Do the tractor shops sell those or who. I get tired of cleaning the bugs off the hydraulic ends so that would be great.

Tractor dealers sell them, I just bought a bunch from Lakeland JD in Avon, NY for a couple bucks each. They were hanging on the end of a asile so it was something they stock regularly. I know my NH dealer could order them but they wanted a few dollars more plus my friend works at Lakeland so I just bought from him while I was visiting /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Also, they have a little drain hole in them so any oil can run out and not build up inside the cap. Great for keeping the dust off of them as well as the bugs and anything else that wants to stick to the oil.

Robert,

Good looking tractor.

Here is a shot of the back of mine.

The only bad thing about those new holand plastic covers is if you leave your loader plugged in for months at a time it will bend the little plastic caps so they don't close properly anymore. At least all of mine are bent just a hair so dirt can get in.
Have not tried it yet but I bet a heat gun will solve this problem, temporarily until I leave them on again.

I used some of that wire marking numbered tape to label the connections so I get them in the right spot on all the implements. Number 1-4 on tractor and each implement hose. That way up is always up and avoids the old:
Huh....that rear baler door won't open when I press the up direction on the lever.......wonder why.... /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Of course us engineers in the group would propbably end up overhauling the cylinder before we find the simple error.... /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

I have only had the loader off the TN twice in the 3+ years I have owned it so I have no clue if the doors will shut properly anymore. Plus by having the 3rd set of remotes I don't need to unplug any of the loader hoses for my equipment as I don't have anything with more then one up and down function so far. I do like NH switching to the 90 degree elbows on their couplers for their loader hoses. Mine came out straight and it puts a lot of stress on the hose ends. I need to switch them over to the 90 style like all the new TN's have (winter project). Have fun.

I'll have to check them out. I usually try to stay away from the dealerships. It can be a dangerous place to my wallet. When I see all those things that my tractor could do I get inspired and have to get my wife to give me a reality check. Right now I have the bug for a 10' mower. My old 5' mower is a little under sized for the M9000 and it keeps breaking. No/yes/no/yes/no/other priorities/ect. Luckly the wife is good at checking these inspirations. Attached is the M9000 with no attachments /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Good looking tractor.

I noticed its a "low profile"
basically that is the downward pointing exhaust to reduce overall height?
