I am wanting to run 3 remotes of which 2 will run TNT set-up and the 3rd for future use. I am thinking about using a electric over hydraulic type solenoid valve and sub plate set up and use a Scorpion handle w/ 4 buttons for the TNT mounted on my up/ down control handle and a rocker switch in an adjacent location for the 3rd remote. My thoughts is that I could change the pitch of the box blade without having to remove my hand from the up/down trigger as I grade. What solenoid valves and sub plates would be necessary to do this? My tractor is a Kubota MX4700 and has front loader w/ power beyond. I believe the flow was 9 or 9.5 gpm. I run a grapple on the front w/ 3rd function valve already. If all of this is not feasible or way to costly I will go the conventional route instead.
Thanks
John

John, to do this the right way using electric actuated valves, IMO you would use electric stacking valves, not the valve that you have for your 3rd function. You realize that there is no feathering of these electric valves and feathering is exactly what you want with top & tilt cylinders. The Scorpion control grip is going to run up close to $400 by itself. A quick guesstimate would be that you would be looking at $2000 for the 3 valves and then another $800 for the top & tilt set. You can do the manual valves for a little over half that. So just in round figures, $2800 for 3 electric valves with the "T&T" and about $1900 for manual valves and the "T&T". Plus you will have waaaay better control with the manual valves.

I'm doing an MX4700 right now, and he went with a 2 rear remote system, with the top & tilt set, shipped to his door ran $1759 and a 3rd valve would raise the cost $150.

This gives you something to think about. ;)

you have solenoid valve (on/off) that is it, nothing in between. cheap, but still costly
and then proportional valves. which allows partially opening/closing of a valve.

I must be able to feather the controls so that set up would not work, thanks for the responses. I am not ready to do it quite yet as Christmas is so close and things are a little slow this time of year. But one good note is things seem to be getting better each year, what a terrible recession.
Thanks
John
