We prefer to have a couple of studs to align the wheel with,
we usually use a porta power to jack up the tractor and pull the tire off and walk them out to roll away as soon as the wheel will slid out on the studs,
(pullng the lug bolts out leaving the nuts just barely on the studs).
Helped one of my brothers just last week swap a couple of 14.9-28s around on an AC that didn't have studs just lugs,
we actually made a couple of studs to use for removing and installing the wheels.
