sounds like the orange has all the thumbs up. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif i agree.
the toro GT sounds like a nice unit also, they always made a nice tractor since taking over wheel horse.
just think, in 20 years small garden tractors might be 60-80 HP. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif makes you wonder how we got thru the 60's and 70's with tractors in the 8-10 HP range. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif at 26 HP the craftsman might reach that high horsepower level first.

( Why would they put the Husqvarna yard Tractor in with all those Garden Tractors? Doesn't sound like they know what they're doing. )

Please excuse my ignorance on the subject, but whats the difference between a garden and lawn tractor?

I actually asked a dealer that question before and was told that garden tractors are those with a heavy duty enough transaxle to operate a rear tiller. I checked their website and it seems the Husqvarna has no option for a rear tiller.

Seriously, the basic definition I've always heard is that a "garden tractor" has the ability to accept and run "ground-engaging" equipment , either a tiller or small plow/cultivators. A lawn tractor does not.

Then there were some mfgs. that also made "lawn-and-garden tractors". /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
