How big are the doors? My barn which was finished in 2003 has a 12' tall by 20' slider and 2 normal garage doors on a 32x52 building. I kick myself weekly for not going 14' walls. There has been 10 times when I could not get what I wanted into the 12' tall door.

Chris

The middle one is 10'x10' (with matching on on other end), and the two on either side of it are 8'x10'.

We plan on buying a 40' gooseneck car hauler to tow both Lightnings to the track... we should be able to pull the whole rig into the shop and park it.

Nice looking building. The rock really sets it off. The color scheme is a bit unusual. Does it have to do with our racing colors?

Thanks for sharing,
Eddie

The green is the closest we could get to the color of our house... the red is just a nice contrast.

Yeah, at first we were not going to do the rock... it was a last minute addition, and glad we did it.

wow that is something. i feel you on not being able to outfit the building just the way you want but at least it's built. it will be waiting for your improvements. congrats, that is a great building.

While I was designing and building my 32'x40' shop/garage four years ago, a buddy said "You can never build it big enough". I now know what he meant!
Your building looks great and I sure like the color scheme!;)

You are right, there... no one has ever said "man, I built this thing to big!!". :D

Yeah, the color scheme turned out better than we thought. It's one thing to do it on paper (ACAD), but another thing to see it in real life.

We do need to paint the man door something else, so it matches.

yeah, that's the catch 22... I have plenty of time to do what needs to be done, but no money to do it. LOL
