Recommendations for pallet forks 400CX loader on a 4120

Don't forget that every pound you add to the loader and forks is a pound you subtract from the available lift capacity. If you're not going to be digging with them you want the lightest weight forks that match your loader lift capacity.

I have the 2000 lb., John Deere quick attach mounts, fixed tines from Horst welding in Ontaio Canada, very well made and $615 from the local John Deere dealer. The tines are fully adjustable in any position as the top of the tines are mounted on a rod but there are 2 verticle braces that prevents you from sliding them right together (see pic) unless you remove the top rod and reposition the tine in the middle. You normally only need this if you are going to dig with the forks.
