the Amsoil HDD&m is fine. The pour point is more then you will need. I juse it an last year the temp was -5 below in MA and I went over and picked up a extra gallon I had and it moved just like it was 75 degrees out.

Also after 25 hours or so check the oil and notice how clean it is! You do not get that with dino.

I would use this oil over the series 3000 5w30

Thanks gsxr1100 for the info. Im suprised it flowes that well in cold weather. I guess I'll be staying with it year around. Oh the price was under $22.00 including tax for a gallon jug. I guess that is not bad.

Hey gsxr1100, you can't tell me that you don't get up early to catch the employee cheer and pep session at the beginning of the morning shift at Walmart!? If you're nice enough, they'll let you join in; they are really nice people. Afterwards, I instantly dart back to the automotive department with my cotton candy and buy my AC Delco filters and Mobil 1 for my wife's Suburban. Yup, the “back off mud flaps I think are a “prerequisite” to shop there. Also a must is a huge sticker stating you vehicle type or a huge muffler. Or the “mother of all” is a rusted pickup, with some nascar sticker # while shopping in your pajamas. The only problem I see is where do some put there wallet with the chain???
