Check with a local gunshop. They might have a reference for someone who works on air rifles. I had my Dad's old Sheriden rebuilt a few years ago as a "present". Had no idea where to go, but a local gunshop with a gunsmith knew where to go for this work.

Some Lady in Fort Wayne made a few of the Leg Lamps and it was a big hit. She decided she didn't want to make them after so many request for them.. I guess there would a shortage of legs if everyone had one. Of course the skinny models they have today would not make for a very good lamp.

You might contact Russell Best. He is a highly thought of airgun smith. He is reported to be very good on springers and pcp airguns. A Daisy would be childs play for him. Here is his email address, you could contact him and he could maybe repair it or recommend someone who could.

Glad to know that there are still a few Red Rider owners out there. I fondly remember shooting one when I was a kid.

My dad was a gun collector and I had a good education concerning firearms. I could field strip most of his semi.-automatics at a very young age.

Funny thing, now that I am older I only own a 9mm Smith & Wesson pistol & an old 12 gauge shotgun myself.
