Rediculous uses of tractors

I thought it would be entertaining to hear about rediculous things people use their tractors for. Maybe we'll get some new inspiration from other's creativity.

To break the ice, I've used mine to go get the mail rather than walk down the driveway (only about 150'), and I've driven out to my field rather than walk. Anyone use their loader to carry the groceries from their car to their house? That would be a good one.

I like Glenn's use to walk his dogs, but I think he's probably regretting that now.

I used mine this morning to get an big 8 pt. buck out of the woods. Beats dragging it! It just fit in the bucket.

I hook a small utility trailer up to mine and drive the trash down to the end of the driveway every Sunday nite and then drive back on Monday nite to pick up the trash cans. Jeeez. I never thought of that as real rediculous, although my wife has commented about it a few times.

Well now, I don't think I do anything that's "ridiculous" with my tractor, but I do put my fishing tackle in the front end loader bucket occasionally to go down to the creek to go fishing./w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

Bird, I don't see where THAT is necessarily a 'bad' thing, particularly if you throw the ice chest and lawn chair in there too! Might as well be comfy...do you have a pole holding bracket to hook on your bucket too?

Bob, that's not sillyness. I have a 0.9 mile trek to where we place our can. I take the Farmall with a utility trailer most every time.

I don't have bucket hooks on my loader for the Kubota; too much of a pain to tie the cans in.

Besides, it's fun to crank the old tractor up /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif People smile and wave as I drive by. They ignore me on the Kubota /w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif

Use it to take the garbage cans to the road (about 300'), AND bring the empty ones back. Carry anything over 50#, just because I can. And drive next door to the neighbors, to make him jealous!

MY WIFE LIKES TO MIX HER BIRD SEED IN THE BUCKET.THE BUCKET WILL HOLD ABOUT 125# AT A TIME. WE HAVE A LOT OF FAT BIRDS. /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

I have used mine to pickup and move a 250 Gallon Propane Tank to another location.
