Andy, I inherited a small trailer park when my father passed away. I owned it for a year before I could get it closed. After closing, it took me two years to clean up the mess they all left. I think I've seen everything on the website link. I had one lady sell her trailer to someone one day before I closed the park. She just told them to go ahead and move in and I'd drop by to tell them about the rent. I had to end up evicting them just to get them out or the park.
