There should be some kind of federal agency to protect dumb people from themselves, like OSHA does for the work force. it would have to have a catchy acronym.

Something had to hold the throttle lock down, might have been black duct tape.

And I thought about chain saw on excavator bucket...might need to revisit that idea. Was going to use hyd chain saw. At least mount saw on lower side of ladder for clearance.
