Regarding: 1. Kubota finance, 2. out state dealer and 3. R14t tires

Ok, so I checked out the R14T tires and know what they are. I guess they are only available for some models.
I cannot according to my dealer get them on an MX5400. The dealer has one in stock and is ordering turf tires for it.(multi trac)
He said if you cannot configure it online, then you cannot get it?

When referring to the tires are those the industrial tires?
I am buying a tractor and it has industrial tires but I told them to change them out to turf tires like I had on the tractor I just sold.
I was helping put an above ground pool at my nephews house the other day and a skid loader had dug out some of the top soil. He had industrial tires on and it left tire tracks all over. I do not want that. I guess it depends on what your intentions are for the tractor.

It does depend on your specific uses. I have a Bobcat skid steer with the "industrial" or R4 type tires. No matter how hard I try to to make turns gradually, something is going to get torn up a little. It's just the nature of the beast. The tread is down to 50% or so on the tires, and I'll consider turfs for it when the time comes.
So when I recently purchased a BX2380 for mowing and light loader work I went with turf tires. The combination of turfs plus much lighter machine is much more lawn friendly and will allow me to do more things when the yard is wet without leaving ruts like the skid steer does.
Each machine has it's purposes and it's nice to have the option of 2 machines.
