Considering this is a fraudulent "phishing" email attempt, and there were probably millions sent, all they need is a couple people to respond with bank account information to make a buck stealing their identity.

Regionsbanks.us is not a valid URL; Regionsbank.com is, however. See Fraud Watch International for the story.

Also, they are "phishing" for your valid e-mail address when you (if you or whoever) returns with a reply. Same with most of the catchy subject lines. Seems if they would learn to spell correctly and learn how to make 'caps' correctly and learn the difference between the letter 'o' and the number '0', they could advance their scamming and phishing technique many fold.
Must be aware, or beware, all the time. Lots of gimmicks out there.

Actually, the reason why they use "0" instead of "o" and have spelling errors, etc., is because most bayesian anti-spam software uses filters based on common words to stop emails. By changing the spelling, etc. to the point where the computers can't recorgnize the words, but humans still can, they get past the filters and still present their message, even if it does appear flawed. And, remember, anyone so stupid as to respond to these things probably doesn't recognize the misspellings, anyway.
