Regrinding/mulching wood chips

   / Regrinding/mulching wood chips #11
I am not sure if regrinding this mulch is worth the the time and money. I would just use it as is. The larger mulch particles will take longer to rot and actually control your weeds and grass under your plants longer than small mulch particles.
Now that I think about it, this seems like the best way to go considering just this immediate job. As to the other chipper/shredder folks, I too, am running out of places to use the stuff.:confused2:

I get lots of chips from power line clearing contractors. Put the coarse chips (dull blades!) down thick for weed control, when I get finer chips I turn them with soil for the garden, and then if I take some and mix it with my neighbors horse manure. If you turn your piles they break down faster more evenly.
