I thought maybe some folks here would be interested in my 276D restoration project. Its well under way and you can check out the results here: 276D Resto Project I apologize for the large file size of the photos. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

PoconoMan:

Very nice, it looks good in JD green. I would love to find a original Yanmar loader for my rig, but I think I'm going to have to settle for an after market loader.

Anywho...looks great!

Thank you Whiskey. I still have a little ways to go to get it finished. It's by no means a total restoration however. I just really disliked the way it looked when I bought it.

Take care

Well, that makes three of us then! Whiskey and I also repainted our sheetmetal, mine's a 1602D. Yours turned out sweet, but you have the same problem as I do, now that the tractor looks great, the loader looks terrible in comparison! I guess it'll have to wait till fall! Nice job!

Thanks Jagmandave for the comments. It is for sure a love hate relationship. I dread taking off all the hydraulic lines to paint the bucket.

If you or anyone else has any photos you'd like to post, I can whip up a quick webpage (it's another hobby of mine) and post any photos you wish. Maybe like a photo album of this forums members machines, wip, finished work, or whatever you'd like. Let me know and I'll provide a link where you can upload them to me.

Take care all!

That would be great! The size limitation on photos means you don't get much detail or quality. I'd post some if it's available.

Hmmm, I guess I'm a dummy, I just noticed that these forums have a section where you can post photos. I didn't mean to try and step on any toes. If there is a file size limitation however, I have an 800 meg site that's about 90% free and will still be willing to post high res photos if anyone desires.....

Welp, she's as done as she will get. Now that she looks nice and everything works, its time to take her to my land and work the dog hair outta her. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif She's Done

Your loader is the same as the one on my 195D. I didn't relize it was a yanmar loader. I always felt that it waqs to heavy for the little tractor. Was going to replace it with something lighter. Don't know what I'll do now. Nice job on your tractor!!!

I think that loader is a perfect match for my tractor. It really works well. But then again, I have that 20 ton /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif backhoe and there is no tendency for it to be nose heavy.

Thanks also for the compliment as well.
