Related Threads at Bottom of Thread

Is there a way to make related threads show at the bottom of a thread page.

I’ve seen where it was a thing here in the past.
“TBN'S old format is the related threads list that appeared at the bottom of pages. I think we had a thread on this topic several years ago and some of the guys made running pipe under pavement seem easy. Now I can't find the thread.”

We have this capability but need to enable it. Will put it on the to-do list. Probably not this week since I'm working through a handful of other stuff today and tomorrow.
