I just put an aftermaket grapple on my machine. If I bottom it out, in or out, it opens the relief valve. The arm cylinders don't do that. If you close or extent the boom it just stops. It doesn't unload the relief. Is there a way to add something to keep the new cylinder from doing this?

I do not understand how the other cylinders do not send the system into relief at the end of there stroke:confused: Regardless, It is not a problem for your grapple cylinder to do this...that is what the relief valve is for.

I just thought of something...You are using the AUX circuit for your grapple, and it probably has a separate PRV than the rest of the functions so it just sounds different I bet. No harm.;)

Thanks for the help, I just wanted to check before I did any damage. What experience I have had with hydraulics has shown me it can do a world of damage quick if not done right.
