Took my daughter to OR to see her cousin for the first time & patched things up with my brother a bit, fun in the pool at home, relocation of the inside HVAC (it will be in attic soon after), VERY beginning of Kitchen remodel, making room for swanky Samsung fridge first cabinet removed, basement bathroom closer to finished, Gratuitous Tractor Selfie, location of future window into the basement, original outside of house where the addition will be built.

Eventual Coat Closet location, eventual doorway to garage addition, building the mudroom wall (making the living room slightly smaller, relocating original doors), replacing all the toilets, more wall building, framing the coat closet, finishing up the basement bathroom (I hate the white paint, will repaint).

Coat closet getting close, peeking out of mudroom door to basement (soon to be removed), a peek into the mudroom from the living room (still plenty big), Our cat Sunshine in the sunshine, relocated doors for the coat closet (formerly to the kitchen), Doors to the mudroom (formerly to the living room), 4 door fridge arrives, original dining room wall (being moved to make kitchen bigger), building new wall making dining room into a home office, gratuitous shot of me playing pool (I play APA league Tue & Thur) my new hobby, new friends, improve my game (PS supposedly my 9' pool table arrives later today)...

Mostly done new office wall (backside of kitchen/pantry), demoing the loadbearing wall in kitchen, more of same, opening up the entrance to kitchen, more opening up & shot of hallway wall to be removed to open up basement stairs, adding 2 feet to kitchen + large pantry, insane last shot of pool season (that's a whole different story), putting in LVLs to hold up the bedroom above, new Fridge in final location, wall successfully removed.

Building her a raised garden bed of my own design & demo of the pool begins, Pic 6 is the beginning of the rubble pile I will eventually turn into a bonfire pit ring, more garden bed work, and the concert for the Hu Band from Mongolia (pretty cool, look them up.).

Mostly finished garden beds 2 angles, removing the coping from the pool, she starts planting in the beds, reconfiguring the "Hot tub" section of the pool into the grandparents & drinking bench, my ugly mug, finished concrete work for bench & new pool plumbing.
