remotes?

I just purchased a farmtrac 320 with FEL and backhoe, my question is on the back where the backhoe connects there are three quick connectors only two are used, I have read that backhoe use a flow though line that is not a remote. Is the other connection for a remote? when the backhoe is on the three point lift does not work(ridged mount backhoe) with other attachments on is there a way i could use this line or a combination of two of the three and maintain three point lift? Im new to this stuff and really need a crash coarse thank you for your time

Sounds like you hoe is hooked to a "power beyond" line-has flow in it whenever the tractor is running.
Often in these setups, there are two returns-one feeds the 3PH and is used when the hoe is not mounted, and the other just goes to the tank bypassing the 3PH because usually the 3PH is not needed when the hoe is mounted.

Some pictures of your setup would help us determine exactly what you have. It would be very easy to plumb a valve into that PB (power beyond) line.

I've got the 360DTC and it has two remotes. I've run the hoe from one of the sets of remotes (push/pull). I've now got a pto pump so both sets of remotes are freed up.

I never tried to use the 3pt while the hoe was attached but I'll bet it still works because I can lift and lower the 3pt woodsplitter while it's being powered by remotes.

Sounds like you have a different setup. Your machine is a LS built correct? I wasn't aware they made them with power beyond setups. Pics would be great.

You may have this configuration.

Pressure hose
Pressure return hose
Hose to sump

The pressure return hose is to feed other circuits that need pressure, and if the implement is removed, then a short hose is used to connect the two pressure hoses together, to complete the circuit..

Hose to sump is the expended fluid from BH cyl.
