Massey Ferguson GC 2610, John Deere 310C
My backhoe and stabilizers stayed in all open position. Previously I removed the backhoe to connect a blade box and I find out my arm lift is dead, I heard slurping sound from the valve direction. I assume the seal is gone. Anyway; I reconnected the backhoe and used it for a few hours, screeching sound and everything worked very slow. I closed it up right away. The front was working perfectly. So I used the tractor for a couple days with the FEL. Then tried the backhoe and it was working fine. I used the backhoe for couple of hours and it stopped again. I changed the couplings; made no difference. I loosened the red, yellow and blue hoses to see if oil is circulating, seems fine. I spray painted the hose connectors before removal with identifying colors so they are not mixed up. Besides it was working fine for a couple of hours. When I loosened up the red line at the control block and started up I seen some gas was puffing out for a second. When I try to move any parts in the back the yellow/blue hose is visibly under high pressure. Clog in the block? Air trapped?

I doubt it is air trapped, but the couplers are suspect: but you said you changed them.

"I find out my arm lift is dead, I heard slurping sound from the valve direction. I assume the seal is gone." By lift arm, do you mean the 3-point hitch? Which valve is "slurping"?

"When I loosened up the red line at the control block and started up I seen some gas was puffing out for a second." Which "control block"?

Have you looked at: How Massey Ferguson GC 1723 & 1725 hydraulics are plumbed

Lift arm: yes the 3 point hitch, was trying to hook up the blade box. Sound is coming from under the seat where I assume the hydraulic piston is.
Yes I changed the couplers from Summit.
Puffing from the backhoe control block. Red line which is the return line as you know. I studied your articles about the hydraulic system.
Here is a similar post from march also involves filling the oil to the level (not running) "Parked my MF 1532, everything was working, 1 month later went to use it and the hydraulics on the Backhoe are not responding. Front bucket works fine. No apparent leaks all hoses and connections appear good. It was low on Hydralic fluid, I filled to level, but it didn't change anything"

"Puffing from the backhoe control block." Does puffing mean leaking or just a noise? Have you removed the cover, and can you tell where on the valve it is coming from, such as the relief valve?

New development: I cross connected the red and blue line and I was able to pull up the stabilizer and the backhoe arm so I could park it to a more convenient location on my property. The pump didn't like it much. Is it possible that the blue line is getting backpressure? On your drawing Dick looks like the blue line is indirectly connected to the 3 point hitch slow drop valve which is dead om my MF. Before that I loosened up the line on the upper end of the dipper and I was able to close the arm, yes it was spraying out bunch of oil; that also means to me that the cylinders are getting pressure from both side at the same time.

Yes, it is possible that the "blue line" (the pressure beyond line from the backhoe, which feeds pressure to the 3-point valve when none of the backhoe valves are in use) could be back pressured. I think that would point to a fault in the 3-point section of the "control valve".

Why do you say that the 3-point slow-drop valve is dead? Do you mean that the 3-point cylinder does not move? You do not have to remove the backhoe, but disconnect at least the "yellow" (pressure in; actually, pressure beyond from the loader valve) and "blue" lines and connect the tractor side of them together. Does the 3-point work now?

I am not sure your conclusion about oil spraying out of the dipper arm line shows that "the cylinders are getting pressure from both sides at the same time". Understand that there is fluid on both sides of each cylinder (once the system has been bled).
