almost impossible to get cacl out of a tire casing. That's why I run tubes if I run cacl.
the antifreeze has corrosion inhibitors, so.. even after you wash that tire casing out good, it will still have salt permieated in it. the af fluid sloshing around in there should keep corrosion in check.. especially if you got th emetal prepped and painted good.
I like an epoxy primer and paint. very tough. if you use 2-3 coats and let it cure properly, you can generally get a tire back on without removing ALL the paint on the rim too.
