Are any of you having any trouble removing the 2 piece radiator screens on your Kioti DK50SE and DK45SE tractors?

Mine is a real PITA to remove. The right hand side (as I'm standing in front of the tractor) comes out ok, but is a pain to get back in. It binds up and won't slide all the way down.

The left hand side is even worse. It binds up and is darn near impossible to remove and is even more difficult to get back in.

Since these screens need to be removed for cleaning often while mowing, this is a royal pain.

This is the only major complaint I have about my DK50SE. I may see if the channel (that the screens fit in) is removable. If it is, I'm going to remove it and see if I can widen it to give the screen frames more room to slide in.

Are your screens bent? I don't have any trouble with mine. Do you clean out the channel on the tractor? I use a vacuum cleaner with a small nozzle. Look very carefully on the channel in front of the radiator and see if the metal may be "squished " in and causing the resistance to sliding them in. There has to be some reason.
