I'll probably stack them in the burn pile and light them in a year or two. The stumps from the pond made a burn pile about thirty yards long, and it made a spectacular bonfire. And they provided cover for all sorts of critters in the meantime. But I may put a couple of the big ones in the pond like I did with the giant one.
I had to chuckle at this - the practical effect is to allow a host of little furry animals to take up residence in your brush pile then to burn the all alive? Not judging you I have done the same thing. I hope they have the good sense to RUN when they smell the smoke! haha.
