Removing tc25d engine

I’m wondering if I have enough clearance to pull the engine without splitting the tractor? The front cross member looks close to the oil pan. Has anyone done it this way?

Pull the engine without splitting the tractor. It always seemed to me that pulling the engine IS splitting the tractor. Is this some sort of hypothetical question? Then I have to wonder WHY one would want to remove the engine without splitting the tractor?

Harry, splitting a tc25d would be removing the cab and steering column and cowl draining 5 gallons of hydraulic fluid disconnect hydraulic pump drain antifreeze and front drive shaft and loader the unbolt front frame. I was hoping for someone with actual experience in engine removal on a new holland tc25d instead of you folksy answer.

While it might be a "folksy answer" I can assure you that after having split a few hundred tractors and having removed multiple dozen engines for one reason or another, simply "lifting the engine out" is not an option. Most of the operations you described may well be involved, but it's all part of the package.

Having done this on many different makes and models, I can't recall one that required removing the cab.

Welcome to TBN!
It is an interesting question as some competitors mount their engine on mounts and it may be possible on those. The TC is designed in a traditional uniframe tractor design so, like @Harry in Ky said, it has to be split. Also, cab removal is not necessary.
