Yeah, I run a 6' blade that I think weighs around 375 lbs. I rigged up a bracket to drop two 50 lb wheel weights that I had lying around from my old Gravely. That extra 100 lbs makes a big difference for cutting compacted road gravel. When I don't want the extra weight, I just take them off. It worked out well.

One thing to remember guys is that if you rent any 3pt attachment that is hydraulic it mixes your hydro oil with with God knows whatever is in there from the other last users.

A good idea would be making some kind of rig where you can pump oil though the system and into a waste container flushing out any contamints.
