Cactus, I don't know whether you'd find anything interesting on their website or not, but the park I live in is owned by ARC.

There is a few parks around here that will only rent to people with new mobile homes. They don't have to move after their house is a year old, /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif, but when they move, or when their house gets repossessed, the next house has to be a new one. Others have a year limit. When they own new or newer houses you have less of a problem forcing them to keep their houses in good repair. There is less of a chance of someone's house breaking in half during the move and ending up with two halves of a trailer on one of your lots and the tenent having no money to repair it or move it. I'm not trying to be funny, it happens more than you would believe.

Bird.....nice link...thanks !!!
I would like to see a copy of a contract, maybe I can find one somewhere .

I have even thought of letting some of the older couples in my town bringing an RV or nice camping trailer down and having a place to just sit out in the country and relax and even giving them a garden plot to play with....
All kinds of possibilities out there....
