Repair of 220v welder fan motor

Most times just a good cleaning will fix this style of U frame motors for a good while. The bearings get a bit dry and wear slightly. with the wearing out slightly of the bushings the armature rubs against the frame some. Then a motor not pulling much air heats some also rubbing. once cooled down everything runs fine. I've got a bathroom fan looks identical does the same thing sometimes.
