I also have become an experienced grinder. To that skill I would add, a deft hand with a can of black spray paint. With that combination, my cruddy welds can look almost good!! /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

One other thing, get a cheap circular saw and dedicate it to metal cutting. We go thru saw every 1-2 years due to steel shavings and the abrasive getting into the bearings and motor.
