Replacement Floor Mats for 1920?

Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on how to get or make replacement floor mats? Listed price is almost $100 each, but that's moot because they don't seem available anyway.

I completely refurbished my Ford 1920.
Saved the old mats to possibly use for a pattern.
Then, a friend suggested "Herculiner".
A quart of Herculiner at Lowe's cost me about $33, and in my opinion, the result is excellent.

When I refurbished my tractor I just bought a rubber floor mat from lowes and glued it to my floor pan with Gorilla Glue, I have done this before and it worked well as long as you clamp it after you glue it down.
