not trying to change the subject ,but this one appears to be wrapped up. Rat, did you get that tranny installed in your truck? Did all work ok ?

/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gifI did and it works very well. This time around I had a neighbor in the business do it. My hips got very sore doing it the first time. I don't have a creepy crawler and the stinkin stuff is quite heavy. $2200 later and my truck runs quite well. Now to fix the AC, passenger window, key ignition, tailgate, and radiator and I'm good as new, sort of. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Are you saying the neighbor did the install or the rebuild/ install ? The last time we talked you were sending the tranny back to the rebuilder that said they rebuilt it the 1 st. time.
