I have an ancient B6000 that sprung a leak in a FEL hose when I picked it up. I got one end of the hose off easily with a 9/16 open end wrench, but the other end attaches to a metal hydraulic line, and the tube bends when I try to loosen the fitting. Any tricks as to how to get this off without causing more damage? Considering buying some big "C" clamps to attach boards to FEL to hold tube in place. Thanks in advance!

The metal line should have a fitting for a wrench just like the hose. Hold one, turn the other.

Use 2 wrenches like DT86 said...
BTW save yourself some problems and use "Line Wrenches" when working on lines...
If you know how to measure hydraulic lines and can identify the sizes of the ends, you can replace All the lines on your loader for the cost of 1 line at your local dealer.

Always try to back up the other side with a wrench. Use line wrench when you can. You most likely will not be able to get a line wrench on the hose side, but you will be able to on the tube side. Good luck. Philip.
