replacing seding unit in a 4000twenty series

Well, I ordered the sending unit and manual on cd. I planned on getting up to the farm this weekend to get it put in. But the manual didn't arrive at the dealer for some reason. Can anybody walk me through getting at the sending unit?

I assume this is an open station?


You will need to loosen the two bolts underneath the fuel door (don't loose the nuts on the other end). then you need to loosen the cowl. I think its secured by torx screws. You may need to remove the hood in order to get the top two torx screws off.
