Rollinghill, As the previous poster mentioned "bed rail protectors" will cover your extra holes, They can be diamond plate or black ABS plastic which ever style fits your color combination...

And speaking of color, Rhino liner colors, black being the standard color , I have heard if you choose a color it is going to be more than twice the cost of black . Does anybody have any info to the contrary?

On my Line-X color liner, it was $270 extra, this was for a short box, under the rail liner.
