You have no clue why Kubota is unable to repo because the OP never stated why.
Is he hiding it, or did he already do everything you suggested but for whatever reason Kubota can’t send someone? It’s not clear. You don’t know, but instead tell a first time poster that his question is dumb.
Whether the buyer of the unit is aware of the mitigating circumstances or not, when Kubota tracks down the unit, they will repo it and that buyer is totally out of the purchase price. Might take time but the 'wheels of law' turn steadyKnowingly receiving stolen goods is just as bad as stealing them
