Hey, it is certainly no skin off my nose not to go to the trouble of bringing the old info over here. But what will happen is a new person will search for F186D and there wont be squat here so Roger will rewrite his 11,335th essay all over. You guys (plural) decide. bw

I hate to loose the old info, but suspect that several guys have it archived anyway. I don't have it, and sometimes wish that I had just for the reference value. Maybe one of the old club members with an archive of messages will make it available. Otherwise we'll just have to kick back, open a brew, and talk about tractors some more......darn.... :)

i like the reposts. if someone doesn't like them I agree, don't read them. we need to keep the info flowing!!

YES, please...

I'm sure that these Reposts don't take up all that much disk space. Nor do they put anywhere the dent into bandwidth as a couple of photographs do. Now, what is great about this forum format (Should be obvious by now) that current threads stay at the top of the list. These reposts will eventually settle out not even noticed unless you search on the applicable topic.

so my vote is.... REPOST!!!

There really are not all that many when you consider that the info in question was derived from 12,000+ individual posts. I know of one person that was really glad when he solved his charging system problem by reading ONE repost instead of sifting through THOUSANDS of single listings. bw

Definately repost. This will save me hours of searching later on. I would only suggest you keep up the convention of stating it is a repost.

Greetings...

In short-Repost!
As someone who recently spent 8+ hours straight looking for any and all info on YM336D's, REPOST! PLEASE!. I did find the Yanmar Tractor group and it's VERY helpful search, and that saved hours of time, but I also went back looking through the Yanmar Tractor Owners Group as well.... Search capability is a VERY wonderful thing! (As is the TBN community).
