Andy, this option seems more complicated. Not only remounting the condensers but also your air intake becomes the radiator with no screen keeping it clean. The radiator becomes the screen. The air then exits through the side doors.

The factory puts a screen ahead of the radiator and moves the condensers.

The starter motor is a major bummer. :thumbdown:

It's on the back burner right now. The land owner ran out of patience, so I'm trying to pacify him with my Bobcat and Tushogg head.
As soon as I get the chance I'll get her wrapped up.

Hey Tony,
Thanks for asking. I haven't had much time to work on it, I took the starter to the Yanmar dealer to see if they could rebuild it. Never heard back from them, so it must have been really bad. :laughing: I bought a rebuilt starter off of ebay, and it works just fine. I've got everything measured and on paper that I'm going to do, but with the day's getting shorter, all of my daylight hours were spent trying to make money.
Now that I've got 18" of snow on my job, I plan on wrapping this project up. I'll post what happens. :drink:

The Yanmar only has 83 hp. but has (if memory serves correctly) 235 ft. lb. of torque.
The Deutz had 87 hp. and 199 ft. lbs. of torque.
