Reset Service Light on 6520

I have a 2009 Mahindra 6520 and at 50 hours my service light/alarm came on and I don't know how to reset it. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the reply Rick. Unfortunately, I don't have an operator's manual. I'll call my dealer tomorrow. Maybe he can walk me through it.

Attached is a page of the 6520 service manual I got faxed to me two years ago from Galen at Lawalls Tractor. It was hard to read. But anyway, this will reset your service light and annoying busser. Open the hood and find the fuse panel on the firewall. It is in the upper left hand corner, just behind and to the left of the power steering reservoir. It is in the 1st photo. The terminal reset is on the upper right side of the fuse panel or "box". In the 2nd photo my pen is touching the little terminal cover. Lift the little cover and follow the instructions below or on the PDF attached.

I use a paper clip bent to a U shape to short the terminals.

1. Lift the small fuse cover
2.Put the key switch on to "IG" position
3. Wait for 10 seconds
4. Short circuit terminals for a moment
This should silence the service light and busser.

Oops.

One would think if the Op manual details service procedures, resetting the service indicator would be included. Kubota is kind enough to include it in their Op manuals.

There's probably 50 pages of safety cautions and line art of warning decals.

Basic business sense (cents). It makes us do it yourselfers buy another manual... .....or get the infor here.

Hey All, I am a new owner of a Mahindra 8560, it only had 36 hours on it when I bought it, and now the 50 hour service indicator is on. Do I use the same procedure as the method described for the 6520?

Should be a fuse in panel service indicator. Remove and install with key on.
