Welcome to TBN.

Was it parked for a long time? If so the clutch disc may have stuck to the pressure plate. I had that happen with a Ford 3000 series tractor and once with a car. Both had been sitting for several months. I freed it up by driving them around. If you can start it up in gear and drive it around going both up and down grades varying the throttle, the weight of the tractor should free it up. The ones I had freed up in about 10-15 minutes of driving them. I'm not sure but suspect that's your problem.

Ditto on what George2615 said. I had an old Chevy one ton that if I let it sit, the clutch would stick to the pressure plate. You had to free it up like George2615 said. I pushed the clutch pedal in, then used a piece of 2x4 to hold it to keep the clutch plate from sticking when not using the truck.
