I have small Iseki that had same problem you have. I removed a few bolts that held PTO cover in place. Drained 5+ gallons of fluid out of tranny. Knocked out seal with hammer and punch. Measured PTO shaft and went to supply house. After finding correct size I tapped in seal with large socket and put back as I took apart. Worked fine, I have completed this task more that once as for some reason a snap ring comes off of PTO shaft inside of gear box. Good luck and welcome to TBN.
