   / Retirement Anniversary #21
I am 60 and look forward to really slowing down at the paying job. I feel pretty lucky as I can so what I do part time and still make a pretty good living. We got 28 acres last year and having the time of our life. We plan on moving to our land full time when I turn 62

Congrats!! I've been out for going on 4 years. It's gone by fast. I don't think about work much, I've got too many other things to do. More money is nice, but you cannot get more time.

I can't believe it's been ten years since I retired. We've been living the country life ever since and loving it. Wife let's me hold a "Deer Camp" every year for a couple of pards. She runs off to Michigan to visit her relative. I've kept busy with maintenance chores, remodeling, and "Honey-do's".

The only problems are when my list and her list conflicts. Plus, she would always like to see hers done NOW. She has yet to understand that if job is to be done properly, there are sometimes several others that must be done first and each must be planned out and done in order. But it's a cross I gladly bare.

Congrats on your anniversary.
