I have a 2004 Cub Cadet 2518. Reverse pedal became disengaged. It is in down position and freely moves up and down but doesn't do anything. Therefore can't get mower in reverse. Is this something that I can fix?

thanks

When that happened on my 855, it was a simple nut that had fallen off a bolt, so a push rod was no longer connected to the right lever.

5 minutes under the tractor and 20 cents worth of parts and I was off and running again.

Likely an easy fix.
