Ha, ha!!! Amazingly, that was the only stick or other object that had lodged down there. Who'd a thunk such a thing could happen?? Apparently many folks other than myself.

Another thing those sticks like to go for is the plastic HST cooling fan and they don't have to lodge to do their damage to it. Don't know if yours has this fan or not, but if it does its something to watch for working in heavy brush.

Glad you found the problem with your tractor. Those sticks can do a surprising amount of damage at times. At least it didn't puncture a filter or rip a hydraulic line.

Ha, no kidding. Actually, my little pooch tore it to shreds after I pulled it out of there. Got him on video tearing the thing up. Of course, he's got this thing about sticks as it is, so it mighta just been a coincidence, but I like my story the other way, make the 12 pound mini Schnauzer sound like a badass!
