Finally, I have my bathroom usable after a complete renovation...three weeks...and I hired the plumbing and electrician. Anyway, I was able to work with my 1610D this weekend, and per our earlier conversations regarding loss of drive power when in reverse and attempting to push dirt, etc., with a grader blade, I tried dropping down from high range to low range, shifted in reverse, dropped the grader blade to level some compacted compost, and this time she did not kick out of gear...so I guess the issue was that I was trying to push hard in high range, and should have dropped to low range.
