Think all the electrical connections should be pulled apart cleaned, greased & put back together. Also if the tractor has a computer (don’t know if it does or not) will it be ruined & need to be replaced? Would also think the fuse panel needs to be addressed. What about the alternator? Good luck & be patient.

wow, talk about some knowledge from you guys!!

I just downloaded and printed the service manual on it, and will start messing with it tomorrow, depending on the weather.

The downfall is that the front loader is attached, and getting it off may be more of a pain than I want to deal with. Especially by hand lol

If I can't get the engine to turn over by hand, I will try the ATF, but nothing else would really matter if it is completely seized.

Was the engine running when it went swimming? If it was, check for bent/broken rods $$$ before you dig too deep.

I have freed many engines over the years with a shop hammer and a block of wood. I would not be afraid of that part at all. The advice others have given you is right on time. Once you get it free and fluids replaced, I would run her and decide where to go from there.

It's not as bad as you might think. Sometimes it will run like a top with no issue at all.

It shouldn't be too bad to get it going;
I'm assuming that this is a hydrostatic drive tractor.
I would;
1) pull the glow plugs
2) pour a bit of atf blended with acetone 50/50 into each cylinder, however much fits in
3) start draining all the oils engine and transmission, front axle dif and drop boxes
4) drain the fuel tank and system
5) pull the starter disassemble and clean it maybe even give it new brushes and lube the bearings
6) fill the rear end and transmission 3/4 or more full of diesel fuel, also the front axle drops and diff
7) the engine would be optional but I'd give it a couple of gallons also
8) roll the tractor back and forth several feet several times, vigorously a few times, could even rig a tow bar from the drawbar to a truck;
want that diesel to slosh and splash all around in those cases.

9) if that engine has a bleeder valve on the injection pump open that install a new fuel filter, then try and push fuel into and thru that pump,
if you can get fuel to and thru the injection pump ( or is this an electric common rail system)
10) now I would try and roll the engine over preferably with a wrench on the front balancer bolt
11) if she will turn over your almost ready to go
12) dump the diesel out of everything
13) fill everything with the proper fluids
14) button everything up
15) start it up
16) after she starts and is running move her around get all the fluids circulating and warmed up
17) if she sounds decent and moves
18) drain and replace all the fluids again
19) enjoy

Follow this list!

Wiring was my issue. Battery connected underwater for days meant massive corrosion to already bad wiring. The guy that bought it from me did get it running though. I was able to save my lawn mower.

Well, it definitely has no room to work with the loader attached.

I guess step 1 now becomes finding a way to get it off

If you have another tractor available use it for a hydraulic source to manipulate the loader,
once the loader is clear pull the tractor back out of the way.
The stock hoses likely will be too short so you will need 4 extension hoses and coupler sets.
It can be done with a loader or backhoe to lift and carry the loader but it is not easy.
