This past weekend I mowed my two-foot tall grass in my field with the RFM all the way down. It has been years since I let it grow this tall, but the tractor did fine, even though the mowing job was not the greatest. I mowed a second time, going 90 degrees to the first mow and things looked much better /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Rather than do multiple passes, each time lowering the mower further, I do all the way down with multiple passes. No one has answered my question yet, does horsepower allow you to mow taller grass more effectively or is the bigger issue that fact that the grass will clog up the RFM regardless of PTO HP ? Thx
