Rhino loader? good/nogood?

NHinKansas - No i haven't heard about it yet, its been a while since i have talked to my Rhino rep. I was out sick last time he came down. He should be coming down again really soon though. I will ask about it when he comes down and let you know.

Thanx Jon, forgot to mention im just outside of Manhattan, Just bought ten acers got my house built but have lots and lots of limestone rock to do my landscaping with.

since youre an equip dealer, do you know if anyone makes a brush cutter that can be used on a tc24d (19.5 pto hp) i have a bunch of brush to cut also most about 1" thick some a little larger?

We sell 48" rotary cutters on the TC24 all the time. They handle them with no problem. Some companies also make 42" if you have a lot of heavy stuff to do that may be the route to go.

I would check out Land Prides new RCR1860 60" Cutter it will handle light brush up to 1". Land Pride makes some really good cutter. Gear box comes with a 2 year warranty also. I would get the slip clutch if i were you too!

Do I have to worry about burning up the clutch on the tractor by using to big of cutter or cutting to thick of brush?

no it just won't do as good of job. you won't have power to cut the stuff if you don't have enough PTO HP. I sell the 60" cutter on my LB1914 that has about 17PTO HP, so you should be fine. If you try and cut something to big with it then the slip clutch on the driveline will kick in, or if you get into something to thick and have a shear-bolt drive line it will shear the bolt.

rockquarry - Just wanted to let you know that i spoke with the Rhino Rep today, he said rhino is working on a new curved arm loader. He didn't have any specs or a date as to when they would be ready. Just said they are working on some.

Rockquarry;
It is a small world. My brother lives just outside Manhattan. Going to visit their new place in a month or so. May have room in the trunk for a chunk of limestone ( ha ha ). May also get to Aggieville ( love the small towns scattered about amoung the huge tracts of land. Beautiful country and nice weather.
