riding ring sand made level- how?

I'm thinking Indydirtfarmer is right on this point. I have been to many a tractor pull and the blades that they use make short work of the leveling task at hand. With tractor pulls a flat track is absolutely necessary and they drag the blade after each and every pull. I'm not sure however if they are called arena blades cause a Google search doesn't find them. Shouldn't be to awfully hard to find the name if you go to the Tractor Pullers Association and just ask them.

Here's my arena leveler. It's 10 feet of RR iron tilted slightly to the rear. The tilt is everything.
